A NOTE FROM RACHEL
Happy spring, everyone! 2020 is proving to be an unusual year, but it is letting us flex our digital muscles and demonstrate our ability to adapt. (Who would have thought the name flexfinancialplanning would have been so apt?) As, we prepare for a gradual reopening of the Clifton Park and Salem offices and work to meet the CDC’s guidelines, we have also been focusing on ways to enhance our clients’ ability to communicate with us remotely. This newsletter highlights some of those upgrades and improvements.
We are in the process of introducing an upgrade to the Consolidated Reports that many of you now access through our website. It’s called eMoney, and you’ll be able to view your accounts in a modern, user-friendly layout or take advantage of analytical reporting tools. The ability to view your investment accounts through our website link has been especially helpful during the recent market volatility, but eMoney allows more in-depth client interaction for those of you who want it. We will be sending out a training schedule in the coming weeks.
What’s more, the newsletters you receive now by email and mail will be available on our website, www.flexfinancialplanning.com, as soon as they are published, and we will be posting them to our Facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/flexfinancialplanning/. Be sure to “Like” us if you engage that way.
Lastly – and this happening all over the financial services industry right now –Investacorp, Inc., is merging with another broker-dealer, Securities America, owned by the Advisor Group family. This is occurring behind the scenes and should have no impact on the way you do business with us. We are your financial planners and are your point of contact, as we have always been. You will be receiving a letter announcing the news from Securities America in early June. No action is required on your part. If you have any questions or concerns about it, please give me a call.
2020 has been a year filled with change, some anticipated and some not. Hopefully, through it all, what’s been clear is that our way of doing business with you remains constant. When you have a question or concern, you can pick up the phone and speak with me, Caryn or Nancy. We are your point of service, and we are here, ready to respond whenever you need us. We’re flexible!
I always look forward to your calls and emails. Let’s talk soon.
